I live in Los Angeles, California. I'm working hard to get my real estate investing career started. I'm working with several agents none of whom really get what I am doing but they do “their best.” Every 6 months or so I am searching for a new one. I've contacted over 200 agents. Submitted two offers that were rejected. There is always a bidding war happening with the properties my agent sends me. Have 20 plus on the buyers list and an LLC. Getting my first deal done is priority number one. I'm an elementary school teacher and devote at least a couple hours each day to real estate.

Some helpful tips:

Interview the agents before you consider working with them.

Keller Williams agents and Remax agents..They seem to get it but not all of them..Ask them how many deals do they do a month.(This determines if they know what they are doing).Ask them how many investors are they working with currently..(these are people you can possibly sell to)..

Question to ask:

I'm looking for the best real estate agent to work with who do you recommend?

They say them..

You say--> why do you say you are the best..What should I expect if I choose to work with you?

Wait on there answer..If they impress you..work with them..If not move on to the next one..

I'm looking to partner with people to do lease option deals in various areas. If you want to partner on doing some deals let me know..
