This all makes no sense? Can you rephrase this so we can understand clearer ?
If I'm partnering with a wholesaler, say he/she has properties for sale and I want to find a buyer for that property, can I use the information concerning this property and the photos to draw cash buyer and if so or no? how would this work?

Phyllis,
I'm still not exactly sure what it is that you are asking, but I will try to respond and/or answer. If you are working (partnering) with a Wholesaler, presumably they already have buyers lined up for the properties that they get under contract; so there would not be a 'need' to place their properties on a website. I mean you certainly could, but most Wholesalers don't want to 'hold onto inventory'; they get a property under contract; and then they IMMEDIATELY get that property info out to their Buyer's list right away as the clock (for closing) is already ticking.
I don't think a Wholesaler would mind your putting his property info up on a website (idk, you would have to ask them that question); but generally speaking they cannot wait for the public to search websites, eventually to come across the property info and decide to look at the property, and then to maybe put an offer in subject to inspections, etc. By their very nature almost all Wholesalers want the property they have under contract 'wholesaled' to their Buyer in 72 hours, give or take just a bit. I'll bet you would be hard pressed to find a Wholesaler holding onto a property for 7 days or more; won't say it never happens, but probably keeps them up at night if it goes that long.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
