OfflineSo I got to talking to my husband about mobile homes and how there has been talk on this site about how good they could be as an investment.
He said what I thought was, "Yeah, didn't you tell me you that someone said you could make money by renting out houses." I said what, do you mean lease options or something like that, he said, "no, renting out houses." So I said huh, He really was saying, "renting outhouses!" So that got me to thinking. Well I am not closed minded to any opportunity.

mobile home parks are goldmines, think about it
60 lots @ $350-400 month, plus you could own a few homes, rent and/or finance them
mobile homes are cheap to buy and can give Large ROI - you can sometimes get them for free,but if they have to be moved, 3000-5000 cost (setup incl)

Are we talking about starting a port-a-potty business or REI here? Why not a hot dog stand or a coffee cart franchise? Is this really what we are here for.
I gotta go look at a house and make some offers on a couple of single family residential properties that I have already evaluated. I will wholesale them if offers are accepted. The one I am going to look at I would like to fix/flip myself if the rehab does not exceed $50,000 and there is no structural.

4. Can I make money?
5. Make offer.
