investors

you WILL find other investors OUT in your area, at auctions, contact cash buyers, rehabbing properties, I Buy Houses, for rent signs, rent to own,landlord meetings, ask contractors at home improvement stores what investors they've worked for,etc...

You HAVE to step away from your computer and get 'boots on the ground' and get 'in the trenches' to find and network with like minded ppl
