not using your grant CD?

Hi,

If you have attended one of Dean's live events in the last couple of weeks, signed up for the three day training, and decided you're not going to use the "Grants" CD, please PM me. Thanks.

Let help each other

I am trying to work with a cash buyer. I was not able to make it to the 3 day workshop. I attended a pre-event in Jefferson City, Missouri. Lets work together to make a deal. I am trying to purchase a rental property in another state. I feel like the deals are going to pass me by if I do not purchase it myself or assign to a cash buyer.
