OfflineHey everybody. Its been a while, but I'm back and going to try to get this thing right this time. I have a child with medical issues, and it kind of put my dreams on hold for a while...even though in the real world there are no excuses. I work at a power plant and am in the middle of 3 different outages (busy season - 72hrs a week) until the end of March, which is when I'll start busting my behind. At this time I'm working with another investor from Indianapolis for a split of his assignment profits, but will be concentrating mainly here in the Queens/Long Island area. Got a real good real estate agent who works with wholesalers who is just waiting on me (was the rookie of the year at his company) and just purchased Preston Ely's freedom soft program, which so far seems to be a great way to find cash buyers, and find some good leads...we'll see. Also, pretty close to getting my RE license....just a few more classes. Then the two tests (That was also put on hold) Wish me some luck,lol, even though its really up to me to succeed. I'm glade to be back.

Maxwell, when you have the time, lets talk because I think you shouldn't even consider LI(high taxes) and go with the above areas to invest in.

I'm trying. Sometimes I feel when I'm up and ready, I get kicked to the ground. I've been through a lot these past 5 yrs, but REI is in my near future. Things seem to be settling down for me right about now....my son's feeling better, my stress level is almost back to normal, etc. etc. It's about time to do something about my desires. It may take a little time, but I'll get there. I'm not going anywhere, nor is RE.
