What Forms Do I Need?

1. Purchase and Sale Agreement
2. Investor Disclosure Statement and Seller's Acknowledgement
3. Discharge OF Agreement To Purchase

When you find your end buyer you will then need the little one half page assignment contract. This is the form where you sign your interest in the contract over to the new buyer.

Then tear up the original Purchase and Sale contract between you and the seller and create a new one between the new end buyer and the seller.

The forms above will need to go to the title company if you close through them.

All of my houses (contracts) I have sold have been cash and a quit claim deed. So far none of my buyer have actually went through a title company to close.

Somewhere here on this site are all the forms mentioned above. I will search and see if I can find them for you.

I'm a bit confused. In the book I think it showed different forms for buyers who need banks and buyers who are paying cash. Can anyone give me clarity?
