This is California. They want houses in areas that can be resold for more than 170k. Most of the homes I have seen that they have rehabbed are selling for over 300k. They work in nice areas. upper C and B class neighborhoods.

Thanks for responding. Like I said it has to be in a neighborhood that a house in good shape move in ready would sell for more than 170k. Send us any deals you may have in a PM and we can tell you if it will work or not. Remember if you do not have it locked up do not send all of the information just area sq ft how much work it needs. If you do have it locked up you can send us all the information.

Thanks to all who have sent us a PM on working together here in the Sacramento area. With the new construction going on in El Dorado Hills and areas off of Sunrise I have a feeling the housing market here in Sacramento is on the way back up. It may be a little slow for now (not as fast as we want it to be)but the new homes are selling and the DOM are getting shorter on homes priced right.

I have some pretty good deals lined up for you Steve. I been putting offers on several homes in my area and it has a good chance of being accepted. I been watching them on market and the price is coming down since it was listed. I will get in touch with you when this deal is going to be finalize.
