im not sure but and correct me if im wrong but ween you cant asign aproperty like with a bank for reos or forecloerers you cloes with the bank and the buyer at the seme time
when you cant assign a contract you can double close by using transactional funding between you and the seller(a - b)and your buyer will already have funds in escrow (b-c)
under Deans chin(top left) type in 'double closing' and hit enter
Will also come in handy when you are making a large profit and don't want everyone knowing about it. Investors won't mind you making up to a certain amount, but when it is going to be larger this can come in handy.
There is a lot of great info here on double closing, but another place you can go is coast-funding.com and look through the FAQ section. This should give you a good base knowledge of how double closings work.
