Which purchase document to use?

Hi there - I'm meeting with a seller Saturday morning for what I believe will be my first wholesale deal. Have most people been using the Agreement to Purchase document on this site? I've come across various purchase documents and want to make sure I'm using the correct one. Thanks for your help.

Use the Agreement to Purchase (SELLER) and the Assignment of Contract for your end buyer.
