Here's an Apartment Questionaire you can use!

I've attached my Apartment Questionaire to this post. You can edit it to your liking. I find these questions helpful, when you are dealing with rental properties, They help you know more about the property, and give you something you can present to your buyers. I made this a few years ago, when I first started trying to buy commercial multi-family apt.complexes.
