What has kept me going is when ever I think about My Debt & Bad Credit & how I want A House I start to think OK I got to get my Ass up & get something done cause No one else will do it , No one will help pay my Bills I have to get out of this mind set of feeling like my life is in the crammer .

then i go get online & try to find deals & just pray to god it works .

If this Work's I'll post another update to tell you all how I did it & how you can do it as well its token this long & my Buyer is a sweet heart hes like an angel & never once did he get inpatient with wait , you know some people become inpatient & just leave but i think my end buyer knew i can do it .

I like many use to see The Info Mercial's on TV on selling Real Estate & I would Be like Yeah right You probably need a lot of money to start & I would just Turn the TV , I seen Dean's Info Mercial's A few times in 2008 & 2009 & Just wrote him off as another Gimmic in these Get Rich quick scams & I just was like Another one......LOL . It wasn't until late in 09" is when I got A letter stating The Creditors were trying to Garnish my Checks out of the bank & I was out of State visiting Family & I was like OMG! What can I do & that Day I ran across Deans Books online & I'm like maybe I should Order them & Try so I Ordered " Think A Little Different", then I ordered Deans Other 2 Books " Be A real Estate Millionaire" & "Profit From Real Estate Now!" & Then I Bought his New Book " Your Town your Real Estate" & i couldn't wait to Open the Packages & start reading & Realized that Dean covered Techniques That Other "Wonna Be" real Estate Guru's Miss which is Locking up the Properties Under Contract With None of your own Money Or Credit . many of these Real Estate Guru's Write these Books & lecture on how to Buy Real estate the old way which is getting A Loan from your Bank & this Day & age No one is Giving out Loans like Candy its just not even possible & then they fail to give you info on how to sell the Property like How can you Buy something if the Banks aren't even out anything & once you do get it you're stuck with trying to find A buyer , so deans books are right on The Market we're in Today Because not everyone has cash to go out & buy Properties , & Banks aren't giving out anything anymore to anyone , & then we have Those with NO! Money , NO! way to get any Money , Bad Credit & Just NO! Way of buying A Property & all not without getting into A deeper hole then they were before especially If you're Following the Old day's techniques of getting A loan from A Bank which Now days Either Not happening especially if you have Bad Crammered , Hammered Credit , & NO! Money or If you do Get A Loan you're Stuck with having to Pay it back later on.

I'm like I like Dean's Techniques Of using Transactional Day Funding to close your Deals & not have to worry about Money or running to A bank for A Loan .

& I'm happy I bought his Books,DVD's & program's cause it opened up my eyes to A newer way to doing Real Estate & doing it legally & with No Money Or Credit Its Beautiful to know that If I need A check for Something I can Pick up my Books Read A Few Chapters & Go online & do A Deal & Have A check to pay my bill's unlike most Real Estate Guru's who Show you these out dated 1980's Techniques that No longer work & No longer will help anyone in todays Markets DEAN GRAZIOSI Shows you how to do Real estate Today in 2011 Not some BS that worked 25 years old Those Technique's No longer work .

So I'm really Happy I bought Dean's Programs & Now I know If I need Money I can go & Work for it doing Newer & Updated Techniques In Real estate that Works & get A Check to pay my bills & this is for everyone We now know Hard times are nearly Gone with Doing Real Estate this way , & Yes some of us may not have our first Deal yet , But the way Dean puts it down in his Books A 6 year old kid could it & make money its that easy , Yes it may take up some of your time But getting A Check for $1,000 , $2,000 , even $500,000 Or more isn't it beautiful to know know that you can do it just Follow A few Steps & BAM! once you get the Step's You can use them Over & Over to Generate A Life of Not been in debt & starting A Life building your wealth just by doing What Dean's Books show you .

For those who are Nay Sayers in life & in our Lives who claim Dean is A scam , its funny to me of how many of these people have neither Bought anything from Dean , Or Have Bought his Books but thought Money & Dollars would show up on their Door step Right out the Package.......LOL

All I have to say is You can't Judge something or Someone if you've never tried it , & you surely can't Get Money just by Opening A Book you have to read , figure out how to do whats in the books , Find the right People & websites , & Deals , you have to Put in Time & effort & Some Blood & sweat into Making it Work & The Beauty of it all is Once you've Figured it all out & Done your First deal , You can't Possibly Forget how the System works Its like Embed in your mind & you'll be doing deal's Over & Over & over just by remembering Dean's Techniques.

Nothing is Free & Million Dollar Checks aren't going to show up on you Door step just because you opened A Book , You have to Figure out the Techniques , & do them & remember them for future Deal's & Check's rolling in .

cause i've read many of peoples comments of these blogs & websites & i'm like OK Seriously you really thought by buying A book & just reading a few lines would bring in some check's & when you don't see it they get mad & want to call it a scam why not come to DG.COM & ask those of us who have done Deal's Or those who Have figured out The techniques & system who can help you Start Instead of Complaining & writing BS on websites About something you haven't even started on yet Or Just read A few lines & don't want to go the rest of the work .

As I would Say teach me how to go & feed myself & I will remember how you Tought me to Feed myself & I'll Never Starve to death Because You tought me how to hunt the deals to feed myself & to build wealth & keep it to were I'll never get Hungry again .

You can never assume something is going to be knocking at your door , you can assume what you've been tought will become a life lesson to never be hungry again .

By reading Dean's Books , i've figured out its about the way you Think & how you soak in The Techniques as A Mind system to remember Once you've done it you can go back & do it over & over & over , you can generate whatever type of Money you want rather its Just A few Check's to get By in this Rough & tough times , Or rather its generating A life of Wealth & living A life Of What you see as Luxury.

Think on the Level Of A Every day Person & you'll get A check for A Every day Person to Get by , Think On A Level of A Millionaire & You'll get Checks in the Mail that will Build your wealth .

Its A system anyone can Figure out if you Read Enough Of Dean's Books , to me its A system that you can use Over & Over again to build the life you would like.
