I know that there are some individuals here who are having trouble finding money, contacts, etc for deals and for their business.
One of the best internet based resource I have used is called meetup.com. It costs zero to be part of it, you must register forst though.
You can search for private investors, private funders, etc and in almost all cities.
Another great resource is www.equityproperties.com. This is a good place to find wholessale properties.
