OfflineTwo bank foreclosed properties both listed at $1K. We submitted the offers for $400 and $500, received notice today that both cash offers were accepted. One is a two family brick with minor repairs and the other is a single family 3/1 Cape. Our intentions are to flip the Cape and lease the two family. We are set to close along with Deal #2 sometime in August. Lubertha and I continue to credit our successes to our faith in God who has the authority to move obstacles out of our way. We are quite honored by your comments. We post strictly to inform and encourage others to jump in and take the risk. This is our time and we should embrace every bit of it. Just an update on these two. We should be closing on these around the 25th of August according to the agent yesterday. So excited. We are a week or so away from being homeowners!
