OfflineHi all, I have a couple of cell phone APPS I would like to recommend to everybody. For all you bird dogs,wholesalers and rehabbers. I have'nt saw them posted so here they are.
Homesnap is great for driving for dollars. All you do is take a picture of vacant house. It will identify house and address most of the time. Makes life easier, you don't have to write it down. The other app is GPS Pal. It tracks your driving so you don't go down same street when your driving for dollars. Anything to make the process easier. Hope this helps....

I have it on my phone, but must confess I haven't put it to good use. I don't really know anyone using it, but I think it can be put to good use. Smart phones give you so much power and it is only smart to use these things to your advantage. Thanks for the GPS pal as I have never heard of that one. HI Lori! LOng time no see. Yes yes yes!! I did a google search and this was the first link!! GPS pal I exactly what I was searching for to track the roads I drive I to make sure I don't double cross! BOOM!

although I have homesnap installed, I haven't used it, but I will try it with empty, abandon houses and see if it works with those!
I'm also installing the GPS right now!
