3/1+ SFH/Condo/Townehouse 1,000+ sq/ft. Fixer OK. Main objective is to rehab and flip.
Price range depends on the area. Prefer to hover at or below 300K, but the more important thing is to see how much below FMV a deal it is. I will be buying cash and require quick closing.

We would love to close deals fast. Deals in LA are very few and far between right now. There are many buyers chomping at the bit for them! Any that we get will be snapped up in a heartbeat!

Im finding the deals alright, but they are more than $300k, more like between $420k-480kunless you are willing to up your game a bit i dont think the sellers will go down more than $150k
The amount of discount below FMV is what really counts. I'm interested in higher priced properties as long as there is room for a profit. Please PM me if you have anything in the area.
