Email for banks!

No such email exists that would allow you to "have your way with a bank or two". You would need to establish a relationship with someone at a VERY small bank or credit union. Face to face in my opinion!

Call a title company or two and ask about double closing. Call the local REI club and ask who they use.

REI takes work and effort on your part to make it work, no way of avoiding it. Either you have time or you don't.

Are you talking about terms? I know there is a video in the totalview that Greg Murphy talks about how he got his terms at the bank; maybe he only sent an email. Perhaps, this is what you are talking about.

I have to say that I think most of the time, banks will want a face to face meeting, as Michael stated. I think Greg had already met with the bankers before, but later sent an email. Try the totalview under lock it up with Greg Murphy series. Tammy

If there was we would all be emailing to the banks and having our way with them. Quick and easy. NOT!!!

I think it might be Indiana Joes stuff on getting an REO cheap and then have the bank finance the deal too. I assure you this does not happen very often!!
He worked with the guy at the bank for a little while I think.
