Which Book Cover Do You Like The Best?

Firt I would like to say that i am looking foward to reading whats in the pages of the new book first and foremost and second, looking to see the cover in blue. I am just about finished reading both of Dean's previous two books. With in the next up coming weeks I will be moving foward and putting 100% effort in getting my first deal signed, sealed and behind me. Thanks Dean for your inspiration and the tools you provide, such as this website, and to all of its participants, I applaude and salute you! THANKS RICARDO

This one is catchy and professional, yet has a soft and welcoming feel to it.

I like number 3.the colors catch the eye.The books I think teaches us the specific techniques you need for sucess in each step in the process.Excellent picture Dean. Thanks Carol Hays

Definitely #4 - The color grabs your attention and the color combinations are attractive. Don't care for the blue on #1. The green ones remind you of money, yes, but it doesn't get your attention like #1 and #4.

If I were walking through a bookstore, the yellow, orange and red would grab my attention before anything else.

I love Number 3 because make me wonderlul filling

I loved the way the two yellow background covers made the picture "pop out", but I hate white-on-black print, so I voted for number six.

Dean I like #3 it looks as though green is the color of new money made from working real estate

I don't see any pictures of any book covers on this webpage... where are they? Is it may be because I am using a iMAC ?

I think that the blue on cover #6 shows off
the home in the background and is a great color

I just want to thank Dean for giving me the
PUSH to keep on keeping on!
We are settling on our 1st investment home
this week. It's an REO and has taken months
to get all this settled but I know it was worth
the time and stress.
I have a great agent that kept me going. I was
almost ready to give up a few times!
I know that we still have some work to do but
it's in a great area and it will be worth much
more in the end. I'll keep you posted.

i like cover #1 because it is fresh looking and i love the colors

I like the blue cover best but I think you should enlarge the picture like you did in the first cover. Than you'll have a winner!

Because I feel excitement and yet very warm. As an artist, this is my favorite color too. I can't wait to read this new book. Thank you for your hard work and good luck!

You can't tell a book by its cover but you can tell a book by its author.

That's why I too can't wait to read your new book. If you take the time and energy to write it, then by golly, its worth my time to read it. Besides, if it is filled with gems that you have learned from your students, then it's going to be great. After 20 years in the trenches, what could the teacher be taught? Can't wait to know.

My wife chose green for the color of money and I think it makes everything else easier to see. #3 got our vote.

I suggest you reconsider the title though. Your previous titles have left no doubt about the contents but the current title is not descriptive enough for me. It takes the title and the subtitle and the sub-subtitle to get the point across and then it doesn't grab me.

Okay, something constructive:
how about simply inserting "My Students in" before "Your Town". So the title reads, "My Students in Your Town". Isn't it really a book about the students and not the town?
Add the same subtitle (Your Real Estate Profits) and it sounds like your students are getting the prospective reader's profits. Now that's an attention grabber to me. I want to know how someone is getting my profits.

I dunno, we all tend to fall in love with our own ideas and I'm sure that your publicist knows a lot more than I do about this stuff.

Just a thought.

Thanks for taking the time to write this new book, I look forward to reading it with anxious anticipation.

While most people like #6 (and it is very appealing), I voted for #5 because it makes you and the text stand out more. I think if this book goes on a shelf in a bookstore, it will be easier to pick out from other books. Orange and yellow are hot colors and tend to create anxiety. The greens make you and the text fade (especially your hair). I got your "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" a few days ago and read it all the way through. Thanks for all the marketing details. Other real estate gurus don't share to much of this. I've already set up the web site you offer and will start using your marketing ideas shortly.

As far as jumping out from the shelf, number 6 ices the cake. It is brilliant, and catches a wandering eye effectively. Plus being blue, skies the limit! I would love to receive a copy!

i picked cover #5 its tastefull and would be an eye catcher in the stores, love the work your doing dean and i cant wait to read the new book...wonder when they will make the dean graziosi movie? hehe
