Hi all I am Gary, I am active duty Army for at least 3 more years then maybe retirement if this all works out. I am stationed at Ft. Carson CO. I just completed the book and I am enrolled in the coaching course. I just reasently completed the majority of the paper work to start our own S-Corp here in Colorado Springs. I am very new to all this but I figure it is a better way to provide for my family. Looking forward to all the help I can get to get this off the ground.

I was wondering if anyone had any insight how the program worked for them being a military family moving from place to place every 3-4 years? Thanks for your help.

I was sold on Dean's info-mercial probably the same way most of you were. Now I'm in the market to jump-start a new venture and possibly leave my "transitional career" to do something new. I retired from the Army after 22 years of Soldiering, so I'm used to change about every 2-5 years. Any help from the DG Military community would be greatly appreciated. I'm not afraid to get my feet wet, but I'd like to hear from others about how they got their first deal(s) rolling! Any special rules about Texas that do/ or don't apply to the 'Grand Scheme" of REI would be very helpful. I'm glad to be here!

Hello all, I am an ex army soldier, did 5 and half years, spent most of that time in germany and worked for the germans afterwards for about 16 years. Thanks to all those that served and are still serving to keep our country free. My dad retired after 20 yrs of service in the Navy and then my oldest brother served in the army as well at Ft Campbell too with the 101st Airborne Div. I am new to real estate investing and currently deal with Cash Flow notes as well so any one interested in selling one just drop by my homepage.
