I just finished 3 years of service in the US ARMY. For the past 5 months I have been doing countless hours of research and investigating looking for an opportunity to be my own boss. After wading through a number of things, I settled on Real Estate Investing. I ordered Dean's books and his Special Report after seeing his infomercial on television late one night and since then I have read the second book and special report and started networking and researching via this website. I am motivated and determined to make this my full time career and I look forward to talking to and/or working with individuals I meet here!

Chris,
I saw your post on March 2009. Do you limit your investments in the SF area?? Do you have any intentions to invest in the Northeast?? I live in NY, the amount of foreclosures here is crazy. I myself came accross with many of them, slowly but shortly I am learning many things.. for now I just locate properties for people for a fee.. Is this something you will be interest in??
