Dean has taken all the thoughts, feedback, struggles and everything else you've told us on this site and otherwise to come up with the topics and strategies that will be the most beneficial to all of our loyal readers and newcomers to the Real Estate Investing scene.
Now, we need your help choosing the perfect title. The type of title that sparks the inspiration and curiosity to open the book and start taking it all in. We have a poll posted to help us decide. Please, if everyone wouldn't mind taking a few seconds to read through the titles and pick your favorite, it would be much appreciated.

I am currently in the process of reading your book and am thouroughly enjoying it! I have another title suggestion for your upcoming book: "Profiting In Any Real Estate Market: The No Money Down Approach to Investing."
Book Title
To find an appropriate title, wouldn't one want to have either read it, or at least understand the content?
For instance, what is the essential difference between "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and the book he is currently working on?
But just for fun, how about: The Sleepwalker's Guide to Making Millions in an Upside Down Real Estate Market.
In spite of a little tongue in cheek here, when I am perusing books at a book store on Real Estate, I am looking for something to catch my eye, SPECIFIC TO THE CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS.
Words like Foreclosure, Pre-foreclosure, Flip, are on a plethora of Titles.
(not that they should be included in your title)
Including the use of a phrase like " In an Upside Down Market" or "In "Today's Upside Down Market" for example, would distinguish itself from all the other titles by letting me know it is PARTICULARLY relevant to the current market conditions.......
How about: "The Little Peoples Guide to Doing Short Sales"
(Sorry, that was a pretty bad joke).
Here again, I don't see too many tittles with "Short Sales" highlighted in it. This seems to be one of the prime strategies for today's market. On the other hand, Short sales (as far as I can gather) involves are a lengthy and complex strategy, which probably would need an entire book written on the subject in order for the buyer to feel you faithfully delivered on the subject.
I don't know if any of my suggestions are useful.
I am only now trying to figure out if there is a way for a guy with modest means and little Real Estate Experience, to obtain the requisite knowledge for today's market - without having to shell out many thousands of dollars - just in the process of finding the Author or Mentorship that is not more hype than substance. This (I am learning the hard way) can be something of a daunting task.

Welcome to the DG family! Maybe you could read it to him during the day, that way your doing something together. Or maybe he could read it to you while you're caring for him. Try to implement it into your daily routine til you read it all. I hope this helps you. I want to thank your husband for his service to our country and thank you for caring for him...
