Here is a website that you can use to forward you to your own counties online recorders office if you have one.
You want to go to the button on the left "Public Records Online".
A map will pull up. You can pick your state then find your county.
A list will be given. If the recorders office has "Go to Data Online" listed you can do research at the county recorders office from the comforts of home.

I get connected, using this site if I would like, to the county records online. Once online with the county I can do research for foreclosures easily and effectively and in fact I can do my research from my desk at work. I hope this site works well.

This is a great site to get an idea about the value of a property. Make sure you get appropriate true comparables from either a Realtor or title / closing company. They can email them to you if you need. These comparables will give you a truer market value.

I,m the new guy but have been reading a lot of the post on these forums. after going to www.netronline.com I was able to get into my local PVA . I didn,t buy the extra services ( yet ) butI will. this has already helped me after looking into some classified ads. Was able to look at 1 property and then went to PVA then to Sherrifs tax assesment site and found that the property more than likely is estate Think I might even check this one out. But maybe I should read all of the course first.

Can anyone tell me where I can go to get property owner information for Orange County, CA online? The tax assessor's site has owner information protected, and the clerk recorder does not list owner names either. Am I just looking in the wrong place?

I just received a list from my Realestate agent with all cash solds for the last 90 days the list contains over 250 addresses of properties that were purchased in my area for cash, now Im trying to locate tax bill info on those properties to locate the names of the buyers and their contact info. .Im on my way to www.netronline.com right now to see if it will help me with my research...thanks everyone for all the great posts...happy Investing!!

I live in Georgia, and I was told the Notice of Defaults are not recorded in the court. The only put the notice in the local paper 4 weeks before foreclosure. The only thing recorded is the actual foreclosure. Is there another way for me to find the people served with a notice of default sooner than when it is published in the paper four weeks before foreclosure?

There are some areas that do different recordings and have different requirements. This may be the case in the county you are located in.
However, I have heard a hundred times that something or another cannot be done or is not done in their area to only find out that the information was incorrect.
My suggestion is that you call your county recorders office or clerks office and ask them. I am betting that the information is recorded but you may have something such as a non-disclosure mandate that does not give the recorded default price.

Thanks, that's where I got the information from. Right from the recorders office. I know in the state I am from this information was recorded at the recorders office. It just seems like this would be recorded somewhere at the time of the Notice.
