Use My Money To Invest and Go On Vacation

Hey everybody. Dean here. Today I'm not going to write about teaching, or tell you any of the neat stuff that's going on with my daughter or anything personal. Today I just want to know how many of you would be interested in going on a vacation of a lifetime to the Caribbean.

Better yet. Would you like it if I PAID to send you and a guest on that vacation of a lifetime?

And what if during that vacation, we picked a day for you and I to hang out together for dinner or lunch, to talk about investing?

I think that sounds wonderful! How can someone that has only read your book (entirely), created a website, posted some adds, created the phone message and currently is only making a proposal on his first REO even compete with the other numerous contenders that have already completed their deals Smiling I am just diligently trying to make it work. The contest is not about making deals, its about how Deans book and/or programs have changed or affected your life. You can still enter with out having done a single deal.

You can enter without having made a deal, but the goal of the contest is to inspire more people to go out and make a deal, especially those haven't done one yet. If the system has changed your life, regardless of making a deal, you can enter, but I believe the true spirit of the contest is for people who have came full circle, from having done nothing in real estate investing to going out, taking action, jumping the hurdles, and achieving their goal of completing a profitable real estate transaction.

what i have just found out from a agent on the foclosures future

hi there i wanted to tell everyone that what i have heard from a realastate agent that deals with forlosures, so im sharing what i heard today

he told me there be proberly one more wave of forclosures for next year.
so next year 2009 will be the time period of 2006
2007 is the year theys stoped the adjustable rates for the most part, he told me after this year should be one more wave of foclosures comning on to the market.

Dean that is a great offer that U are precenting. And all of U who have been turning deals with deans methods should take full advantange of it. Dean my plite is as such I hav been dealing with a identity theft issue which has sent me for a tail spend then to top all off the market has crippled my business not to the point of no return because I am now without any properties. And no credit.I hav purchased your books and invested in the Aff seystem which I hav not been able to minipulate to yeld now it is in lockout status.So Im unemployed no income and depending on my investments in your system to catoplt me to millionare staus in five years or less. ( smile) I know its doable. Encouragement I am full of even though my plite seems bleek.I am aself starter like yourself.Yet my golf bag an clubs came without a cady. And my sneekers and jersey without a coach. Yet I am determined to be one of your success stories.I hav some deals on the table as we speak yet unable to close . I had invested in some advertising in our local directory in an attempt to generate business. Welcome to the DG family we're so happy to have you here. Your situation is the same as many of us here, no credit, no money to start, but the determination of a fighter. Put ads on craisglist, backpage.com and find investors who are ready to put money into a deal. Call the numbers on the bandit signs around your area, go to REI clubs, give everyone and anyone your card, networking is the key. When you lock up a deal you can flip it to these investors. If you give yourself enough time to market it you can find an end buyer. Home vestors has franchises just about everywhere. I assignned my last deal to them and walked away with $25k. I didn't have a list of investors either, they were the third investor I called, but if the deal is there it won't be hard to sell. We're all here for you, for support and even prayer, so I truly hope it helps you to know you're NOT alone!

my first deal,but very complicated ,help!

though a realtor i purchase a two family house for under 30,000. not the taj mahal but had two section 8`s in it and i saw it as an invetment with bout 800.00 a month coming in, they paid the utilites. i made my offer ,it was accepted,i had an inspection done ,nothing major wrong with it,but alot of water and a non-working or plugged in sump pump. to keep it short ,the owner is going for bankruptcy, is in foreclosure,and title company told me to wait two months , till foreclosure ran its course.
my dilemna is , possibly having the two tenants currently in the house evicted,a basement full of water ,ruining my heating and hot water sytems,and me heldup for two months.
any suggestions? if i pullout i could possibly lose my deposit, and have bout another $500 in title,and inspection costs incurred. what should i do?

I may be one of your most recent students abd have just completed reading your book. It has answered some question that I have had regarding real estate investing. However, Your web site was the finial key that I needed to finially step out the door and get started. I am 56 years of age and just now getting started for the second time in my life, what a hoot!

Aynway, I would be a huge shoot in the arm for me to learn from the Master himself. I will admit that I have other cources from other "so call self proclaimed gurus" and non of them were able to answer these question to my satisfaction. I am so very glad that I viewed your informurtial one day and call and ordered your book. Thank you again for all the information that was needed for me to finially get going.

I have finished reading your

I have finished reading your book, Profit from real Estate right now. I don't know if I misunderstoord or it hasn't sunk in, I just missed it or I'm just plain paralized, but I need to talk to some one to build my confidence about the financing part of froeclosure buying again. I think that that is what is truly holding me back right now. i can't seem to get it about the financing part. i am going to read some of the book again but if there is a section that can help turn the light on I would appreciate the assistance.

What a nice thing to do.

To go on a free vacation. Now that sounds great, but to do some deals with someone that realy knows what not to do, now that is a dream come true. I just started The Success Academy Lessons on line and what a surprise it was a VIDEO COURSE. I have trouble reading books and the video course is so easy to do.

I'm glaid I took the big step, The Success Academy Course on line.

I take care of my mother an father. An my mom has that thing that causes her to forget things. So she comes in and ask me the same thing over an over. With the video lessions I just palse them so I can help and come back and start them over. I realy like the way you put them togather. And having the on line help is great too.

AFRAID

Well i am not ready for vacation yet, but i am ready to do something different with my life. I went to a seminar, i did not have the money to pay for the mentor, but i am saving every penny from my waitress job to pay for my mentor soon.
Like a lot of people i am very afraid to do something. I am surrounded by negative people, specially my husband, so i have to be strong enough to do something and show him that i can make this plan work for me.

What is the catch, because this deal seems too good to be true? Is there any restrictions on the location of the vacation you are offering?
