Hi All
I am new to this area and am trying to gain some knowledge. I will be thankful if anyone can answer a question I got:
Q: What are the different kinds of risks associated with buying each of the types of properties:
1. Single Family Homes
2. Condos
3. Townhomes
4. Multi-Family Units
Though my question is bit broad, but any answer is truly apprecaited

DOES ANYONE USE THIS PROGRAM IN CANADA? IF SO, DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE ON HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM IN CANADA AND WORK WITH THE LAWS IN CANADA? PLEASE POST BACK ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO HELP ME OUT!
