Hello, I'm Greg, my first deal was accepted by the bank and now I'm under the GUN to get a CASH BUYER.

We have this 3+ bed 2.5 bath 2520 sq ft home in Oakley CA currently on contract but the buyer fell through. The FMV is $270,000 since this home is a former MODEL HOME with many upgrades. It's in fantastic condition with up to $35,000 in Instant Equity. Seller to pay for complete landscape job upon close since the trees and scrubs are overgrown etc. Hardwood Floors, Granite Counters, 2 Zone AC and on and on. This would be a great Flip For Profit once we complete the landscaping for you or move right in. It looks great!
Homes ready to move into in this area are selling fast. I would expect to resell it within 14 days.
