I am a RE investor/agent in AZ available for assisting any of your RE needs. I am interested in investing in select areas around the US. I have been investing since 1995 and done ok, looking to explode to the next level. Any assistance from the DG vets would be appreciated, as I am always open to learning. contracts; assignments
Hi. My name is Francis and my understanding is that if you have control of the property (locked up), you then be sure that it is written "and or/assigns" and that the buyer is fully aware of your intentions.
Disclosure and the right wording in your contract is all you need. You are not acting as an agent, you are acting as a wholesaler, therefore, you don't need a license.
Assingment of Contracts
I am just starting out on assignment of contracts and I am in the process of building my list of investors. I came across a realtor who has access to investors and she is willing to connect me to her resources but wanted me to find out if I needed a license to do assignment of contracts. Does anyone know for sure if a license is needed to do assignment of contracts in AZ?

Hi, I am new to this group and I'm glad that I see people like me finding their answers from a sorted group of go-getters. I like that. Here I believe I will share that I am currently seeking cash buyer's for eastern massachusetts region.
