I really enjoyed Ali's presentation and I know that this information is going to propel me forward. I need to be able to watch it again. You are correct Dean !! I also believe this yrs edge event was the BEST so far !! Every year is jam packed with new ways and ideas for us to be ahead of anyone who does not attend or get this great deal you offer. I understand why you make it a priority to get this stuff in your students hands. It's because you ARE doing us a disservice if you DONT !!! This was my 5 th year attending and I thought it was by far the BEST YET !!!

Being my first Edge, I was blown away. All of the information provided by all of your speakers was so awesome and has so much value. Putting it together will enhance anyone's RE investing. I truly enjoyed the interaction with everyone and found that not one person had a different mind set than the other. I am looking forward to the 2015 EDGE.

As an Insider Elite member, my goal is to become a successful Real Estate Investor. I have taken and completed the PMI Real Estate Marketing courses online, and reviewed many of your books pertaining to real estate investment. My only setback is to get my first sale completed. I have had the Education, the Tools, but I frequently encounter Negative people who help to create Doubt which hinders my progress. I would like to come into contact with some successful investors, in my neck-of-the-woods (Las Vegas, Nevada), who can assist me with the practical, hands-on process of preparing workable deals. As far as "The Edge" goes, I do have in my possession "The Edge 2012". Thanks Dean for your continued encouragement in the "Weekly Wisdoms".

The EDGE definitely is pushing me to a whole new level of excellence. It is MUST HAVE information, that will take you to a whole new level. I wouldn't miss EDGE 2015 for the world, the level of Networking at EDGE 2014 has already taken me to a whole new level. I've done 15 deals in the last 9 months... I'm aiming for 50 units added between now and EDGE 2015!

I have to tell you that I wish with all my heart and soul that I could have been there at Firesky for the EDGE14 event. It still makes me ill to my stomach that I was unable to attend. If I had the money I would absolutely take advantage of this offer. Let me tell you something. Getting the home study course is the equivalent of me trying to get into Fort Knox. Now I ask you- just how much luck do you think I would have to accomplish that. Not Much! Here is the thing, I refuse to let this keep me down or even get me down. I have ZERO $'s in the bank and June 3rd I will turn 66. No more restriction on me. I am at a crossroads and there will be no more excuses. The only obstacle and variable will be me, myself and I. I am working daily with the materials and training I already have and I expect to see changes in the near future. The only possible way to get EDGE14 in hand would be with an I owe You and that is a slim to none chance. Just for the record, I am not asking and I know I am completely on my own. That said, I was on-line Thursday night and I replayed the live cast again yesterday. Some great info and tips from what I could see. I love everyone's energy and am happy for those who were able to attend. I can not do anything about yesterday and can only set goals for tomorrow. The only time I have any control of is what I do with today. Keep me in your prayers please. I need to stay strong and focused.

I have the home disks of all the EDGE events however, since I only have first hand experience ( by being there) from EDGE 2013, I can say that this year compared to last year was a step up for sure. I can't wait to see how you top this for 2015 The round table discussions were a great idea and Gena and Andrea were a great pair to emcee the event. If Joe would only tone down his enthusiasm a little, maybe we could all write some of his "Golden Boulders" down on paper. lol He definitely upped the tempo during his presentation. All the speakers, in fact, were just giving us piece after piece after piece of vital information. As I said to you at the event, Ali's "NOT TO DO" list was key for me. It drove home how some of my time would be better spent NOT doing the things that will only yield miniscule results. I'm working on that.

My driving excursion ended yesterday late morning as I finally arrived home from the event. That was enough time to come to grips that this is my year for life changing events. The dream has been lived and it's time to get back to work. After dropping off Amanda in Texas, I had the next 2 days to relive the EDGE in my head as well as listening to the livecast in my car. I can not stress enough to everybody how valuable this information is to their investing career, no matter the price!

For me Dean, you can talk about The EDGE all you want. It's an experience all DGers should experience at least once. But being there will only make people want to come back, which brings me to a thought and suggestion if you don't mind. We were discussing on the IE chat how the room at Firesky was pretty packed so holding more people would mean changing venues and that could create some problems. The intimacy of the 270(+/-)of us, for you, must be very rewarding as I'm sure you would not be able to have that same experience with a larger audience. I know our few minutes together has done wonders for me. So the suggestion was brought up that instead of enlarging the one event, why not have a second EDGE each year with the stipulation that no one can attend more than one EDGE each year. This way, ( if it's practical for you) you'd be able to have more of us share in the experience without taxing you or your staff with a larger event. Just a thought

So now it's on to working the plan!!!!!!

for getting the Edge 2014 on video so quickly!!! Wow! People who didn't get to attend in person can see it all only a week later... what a great opportunity! Just the information that Ali shared at the Edge is worth more than the cost of it! Not to mention the information shared by Matt!!! I'm already putting into action what I learned from both of them, and I can't wait to reap the rewards from it... 100 fold!!!

I really appreciate your hard work and also the amazing investors you've created that spoke at the edge. I've been investing for years and am trying to get to the next level, it has been a struggle for me to see what I need to do. I have been trying multiple things and am still at the same place. I learned so many things at the edge that I can take an apply. The amazing take away from Ali I learned was to choose my swim lane and do not get out of it, and just keep doing it, and doing it. That has already helped me focus on the direction that I need to go and get to the next level.

The opportunities to network. I met so many new and amazing investors I will be calling and working with them in the future on deals and other opportunities.

I can't wait for the Edge 2014 to be available to watch it again. It was really that amazing.

Hi Dean, this was my second Edge to attend and I don't plan on missing any! I met some new people and a private lender. Matt talked to my husband and answered several questions he had on a few situations... I couldn't ask for a better event. I have also started eating healthier and exercising more so I can think better. Thank you so much for having an effect like this for all like minded people to get together. We are going to have an amazing year!!

My husband Peter and I had such a phenomenal time at the Edge this year. It was our second year in a row, and we already purchased the tickets for 2015. Would not want to miss it in the world!
All the presentations were fantastic. Had so many take-away's this year. Making sure to get your buyers first before you purchase a property, have a NOT TO DO List, do something for your business every day, the networking, how to research a neighborhood, reconnecting with friends from last year, the round table with Carol and Jen about wholesaling, wholesale first, wholesale first, and then wholesale some more. Best way to build a $100 K bank account so you get more and better loans, and unsecured lines of credit. I enjoyed watching how the presenters have evolved. They are living it every day. I have run out of excuses and I just need to get my but in gear. Had guests over from TN this weekend, but I am putting them and their son to work as bird doggers in TN. Never can have enough of them on my team. Also got the $35.95 deal. What a steal! Matt's sheet alone is worth it. Now I have to figure out how to adjust the percentages for different markets. Gotta get to work! But also learned how to take the time to heal, and allow some space for yourself. Keep reading, keep moving, keep eating right, skip the coffee, and your life will change! For those of you who are sitting on the fence - jump off, and join us!

I noticed that wholesaling is mentioned to be a focus in the EDGE, but it is too expensive for me to purchase, even with the discount. Sorry.

The EDGE sounds like fabulous again!!!

I just finished watching the Edge replay and wow was that good! Funny enough, I had one of my mentors tell me last summer to start getting lines of credit and I did so starting in December. He has paid back and forth between two lines of credit through the years and accumulated 400k total at two banks. If you had a high enough limit you could essentially be a cash buyer for ANY deal that was too good to wholesale on to one of your investors. Very cool.

Thanks for all who contributed to the Edge event. Trying to get more connected on here because you guys are amazing and crushing it! Thanks for the motivation.

Closing on deal #4 on the 23rd...12 unit apartment building. Guess I'll have to start wholesaling more to fulfill Matt's requirement of 10% of net worth in cash! Someone left an ATM receipt at the machine the other day and it made me laugh thinking of the story of his friend.

What a fantastic event! There was so much knowledge shared and so many new tactics to put into action.

Even those of us there in person can never retain it all with only hearing it once. I cannot wait to play this over and over and sharpen the tools in my tool belt!

Already excited to be at the Edge next year and see what I have accomplished between now and then.
