Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #229 - I’m Not Fooling Around Here

I am very happy to receive this information from you. Moving on to achieve things seems easier when just taking the steps and not trying to over-think everything and getting stressed about it and in turn doing nothing. So thank you for this advice!

We are finally "in the game" and made our first offer, after walking through only a couple of houses. Thank you and everybody else on this site for making our property research easier and more specific. We don't know if we would have made the offer if we had not already gained knowledge and confidence from the hard copies of "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" and "Be a Real Estate Millionaire"!

We can't wait to read this one too. We did have it, on a disk set that we got from a seminar; but "I" loaned them to somebody and never got them back.

So thanks again Dean and we hope to meet you in person soon.

today we are seling one of our properties , we are taking that money , offeredd a cash deal on another property that was about 30 years newer with lower taxes and centra air we will be able to keep our tenants found this house on zillow theire zestimate is about 30000 over what we puchased the house for also waiting to close on another property found an elderly lady who is downsizing and wants to rent then buy the property after she sells her property we agreed on a price 9000 over what i purchased it for this is a win situation for us as we will be able to rent then sell on a cash deal, the stratedgies ilearned in your education were applied and were very helpfull, thank you

Thanks to Dean I no longer hate Mondays. Since I started watching the Weekly Wisdom I find that the weekends seem much longer than they were in the past. Could it be that I have something to look forward to on Mondays? Hummmmmmm

Thank you Dean, for your solid advice. I tend to be a Scurry, so I can generally move when I'm told how to do so by someone I trust. My problem is not being enough of a Sniff and sometimes neglecting important details that interfere with success. An example of this was last week--I didn't notice that my first offer was a REO and we had written in $1000 for earnest money. The agent called me back to say that the seller was asking for 10% down ($5000) in earnest money, which I didn't have, so I had to walk away from the offer feeling like I wasted his time and mine--although of course I learned something. I've got to be more thoughtful when I take action. Thanks for your advice not to overanalyze. For me, I have to remember to take some time to reasonably analyze. Take care. I already have a digital copy of "30 Days..." and it took me till last week to start reading it. My problem was getting to a working computer that I could access on a daily basis to down load that copy to read from the disc I got while attending a local event from your organization here in Florida (Melbourne FL in February of 2013). I am one chapter into it as I type this now and since they cut my hours in half that I work at Wal-Mart I am left with little choice but to just do it ... As you say...I have been following your DG site for over a year now as I have been recovering from my accident last year at Wal-Mart and I have been struggling financially for the past 5 years. I want to make this work and my first step is to DO exactly what you layout in this book and pay off my Bills (Catch them up)and get to wear I am earning at least $5000 a month doing exactly what you out line in the book ...THEN I want to enter into one of your training programs and get into "Insider" eventually I want to earn enough to pay the back Child support I owe to Arizona and get my passport back and Travel back to the Philippines and Asia (that will be about $70,000)after that is Millionaire within 3 years and then just retire as I should have done long ago... along the way I intend to take care of my family (particularly my Mother) as you have done.
I can see that this is all possible through your programs and I like the way you do it. I like the idea of your successful students teaching others as Matt and Carol have done(two of my Favorites)I would like to eventually do as they do now and that is how I would like to spend the rest of my life doing as they have done and are doing now. Thank you Dean for showing me how it can be done. Please stop by my blog and take a look at my situation and any other help or advice you can lend will be very much appreciated.. oh and if I can get one of those autographed books it will be much appreciated also .. I will add it to my collection of your books I now have and read daily.

I have analysis paralysis every time I do something. I over think all the time, in my personal & professional life. One of my goals this year was to stop but I still have trouble with it. I also need to stop thinking negatively when something goes wrong. In the past few weeks I've decided to give it to the universe to decide what will happen. Good or bad I'll understand. When I do that I feel better and I'm not as anxiety stricken.
