My sister and I have started our RE investment career with the help of Dean and his team. I have done a few fix & flips and some raw land wholesaling over the years. Now I'm ready to take my professional real estate investing to the next level. I am currently seeking investors for wholesaling. I'm also looking for a fix / flip project in my area.

Cheyenne, WY has a really tight rental market so I'm focusing on SFR and Multi-family wholesaling to the long term investors. Northern Colorado has a tighter RE sales market to I'm focusing on wholesaling fix / flip properties to investors wanting to get in to the Northern Colorado RE market before it catches up to Denver Metro area.
