I've been using postlets on my rental units before, but never thought about using it for a wholesale. I just put up both wholesale deals we have going. Thanks for opening up my eyes to this!

i already have an account there but having issues trying to log in right now....there saying when i log in that it doesnt exist but when i go and register for it ...it says there is already an email attached to it??...fixing it now....go ahead and throw me in for the iphone 5

Hi Dean,

Just registed at Postlets, but without any properties to list, I was limited as to what I could review. I was able to view the most recent listings and found the information to be very useful. It gave me an idea as to how my future listings will be displayed.

I finally figured out my login and password so I am able to post again. I created my postlets account and started entering all the information on my own house, but because I have so many camera pictures I couldn't find the picture of my house to post it. I will work on that again but I am now familiar with how postlets works and will use it in the future. Thanks for making us aware of this site. After watching one of the Inner Circle events (Theodore Hotel)on Insider Elite site, My wife and I are really excited and committed to getting more homes for flipping and wholesaling and holding. There surely is a lot of information in Insider Elite.

apparently I signed up before but didn't "activate" it. I have tried, I AM at work! I spent almost an hour trying all emails I have, etc. I finally sent a help request with copies of the "active" message. I should be able to get in soonish. I MUST get some work done here...

I used Postlets as you recommended. It does require you to put the property address in, so you better have it under contract prior to posting! Thanks for the new resource!
