Dean, I signed up for Postlets. I understood Postlets requires you to have the property under contract to post. That might be important to bring up.

You really inspired me to remember when I made my 1st phone call to an out of state buyer and I lived through it.

I had heard of postlets.com also and ironically just started my account the day before I watched Dean's WW for the week. It really is a awesome site and I look forward to using it very soon.

I did my homework assignment and drafted a postlet on a house that I wish to make my very first deal on! I even had to downsize the photo but that was ok. When I get my first deal done which I hope to be before the end of March, that will be the house I hope is the one I do it on! Thanks Dean!

I created an account on postlets.com and I was really amazed! It makes it so easy it's unreal. I am just getting started because I've been afraid and confused. You make everything so simple and easy to understand. I appreciate you and what you're doing for other people. I believe Postlets will help me in so many ways.

I have been receiving emails from other sites offering to show me how to do real estate investments and bird dog, but you are the person I trust and therefore keep coming back to. Created an account on Postlets and ran through how it would work. Very user friendly. I have restarted my dream of investing since taking your class in 2010. Things happened that got me off track, but now I am looking forward to putting what I learned to work. Take Dean's advice and use Postlets.
Don't innovate, duplicate what already works.

Hi Dean:
This WW couldn't have come at a better time for me. I've been having thoughts, bad thoughts about my REI future as of late. I'm in the middle of so many things that are stopping me yet I know I have to push through even if that means to step back and look at the bigger picture. I may only have one deal under my belt but I have come so far in what I know now about Real Estate thanks to you and this and IE sites. And I know that if I can't do this with 100% effort, I will be no better off than I am now so it's better to "drop back 5 and punt" than fumble around, which is what I have been doing. So in preparation for my next big push (my first push was my commitment to attend the EDGE this year, which I will be doing) I have signed up with Postlets and got confirmation just minutes ago that my account has been activated. ( There was a slight glitch which Zillow resolved.) Next step, having a property to advertise on it and taking pics of that property with my new phone that you will be awarding me

I am a registered user of POSTLETS for about 10 minutes now. Since I do not have any properties to sell, I used my house. I did not post it, but I did get to see the process, not the finished product or results. I like this tool.

Hi Dean. Just saw your video and created an account with Postlets. I have no property. I read and read and read all you have but am so confused on so many levels. Maybe your March 22-24 workshop helps. Hope so!

I did get postlets account and zillion to and was getting a feel for so useing the web sites

Postlets is very professional and easy to use. Thank you for sharing the site. Had not heard of it before. Great wisdom as well.
