OK....Enough is Enough! I have taken many risks in life and jumped off many cliffs, and for some reason this one has been challenging. Surely, an unconscious FEAR that is rearing it's ugly head - probably of achieving my own greatness! And I sell real estate for a living for God Sake!

Dean - the first time I saw you on tv (and I don't even own a tv by choice!) I knew you were the REAL DEAL! As Authentic as they come! Your Divine essence shines through you So Radiantly...So Passionately!

You're enthusiasm, excitement and sincerity lights peoples fire, and instills in them a belief that they too can make a better life for themselves.

Every GREAT LEADER in the World, has this ability and desire to Inspire and Help Others...and it comes from the Heart of their own True Nature! That which they have touched...over and over again!

SO - I thank YOU for what you give of your heart, mind and soul. And your willingness to Teach!

OK - SO, I just got back from looking at another house in my town...and left there saying to myself..."Oh My GOD...I just have to get going on this NOW!"

This property among other I have been looking at are SUCH Great DEALS I have dollar signs flashing in my eyeballs!

Seriously - I have helped countless people since 1990 buy and sell real estate....and I am constantly hearing myself say "you just have to tie up the property, there's no risk in that!"

SO - I intend to wholesale, bird dog, or partner with someone who wants to make some great money in the short term on these and other properties!

I want to help you....SO PLEASE HELP ME GET OFF THIS CLIFF!!!
