I also saw the 60 minutes report on the 3 credit reporting agencies.
I feel for those who have had and are having trouble with getting incorrect information taken off and getting the report that they deserve.
This has not been my experience however. Following Phil's advice and challenging the negative parts of the report has worked for me. Some things that were accurate came off too. If they can't prove them in the time allowed, (45 days), they must come off.
I'll be listening again!

Credit Scores are killing this country! Your Loan approval should be based on your most recent credit history and not your overall score. I am signed up for this webinar as I can't wait to listen in on Phil's secrets and helpful knowledge! Dean is the Real Estate expert and Phil is the credit expert.....Great Combination to have in your corner!!

I just registered..hope Webinar will enlighten me.
I know from first hand HOW these companies operate. One of my sister in laws worked at one of the BIG THREEs. She finally left after(3 yrs)of stress working under their strict Employee rules and policies, but no adherence and no honesty or integrity for the Customer and breaking all Government rules. If you asked too many questions...you could be fired while on a lunch break.

My husband and I, 10 years ago, attended one of those seminars on 'vacation property sales' while in the Caribbean. We never purchased, but of course they had held the application for 24 hours until we made a decision about buying.....We declined the next day, and retrieved our paperwork. As it turned out...one of the employees must have approved the sale (under another billing address). We never knew until almost 10 years later, (when we signed to help our daughter purchase a house), that a $32,000 mortgage balance was against us.
For some reason,I had kept ALL the original paperwork in the 'special tote' the Hotel had given us that day. The Hotel company gave us no problem...and wrote the required letters to all the Credit Companies, and a letter to our lawyer including all his requests, especially guaranteeing that the transaction had been removed from their books. (I'm sure this was not their 1st incident..they wanted no fight).
The repair Companies have STILL not resolved Their End
by removing the charge, and it still shows up now and then. My sister in law could not help us either.

Credit is SO important now- for phone, utility bills, loans - especially for me in real estate! Thank you as always for sharing such useful and pertinent info.

Everything is being tied to your credit score,and you must have it to do anything. I don't know when this went into effect - I missed the memo somewhere in my life - and have had to deal with building a better score by reading all the postings in my credit report. I am looking forward to this webinar to help better understand and then take action to improve my and other people's credit scores.

No matter what your credit situation is, Phil has things that EVERYONE should learn to improve their financial situation and to understand how the credit card companies work. We learned SO much from going through his program and love to share it with everyone we work with. He is also such a "real" and nice guy, just like you, Dean ! We are so grateful we were introduced to both of you awesome gentlemen !!!!

I can say that this program works. I have taken it and the best part is Today the credit cards I have are giving me higher limits because I am following the steps Phil provided. It does happen over time when you have a bankruptcy but credit does get restored when you can follow the right system to rebuild your credit and Phil's works!! Thank You Phil and Dean thank you because I would have never met Phil if it wasn't for you.

Registered for the webinar. What a great subject matter. Philip put on a great program that will help all PG-ers. This informationwill definitely help my clients who are renting properties and eventually buying my properties.
