i was one of the first for i.e. because we were at the edge and have been navigating it as well as the dg site(which should NEVER be replaced).
that's not the reason i'm commenting this a.m. though. i really look forward to your blogs and they renew me often, but this a.m. is was so ****ed and needed to regain focus. i've been working different areas locally as well as out of state, but i put out my bandits in my area until i get busy enough to hire apprentices. i thought about picking them all up last night so i could sleep a little longer this morning.
"woulda shoulda coulda" got up at 3a.m. and all but four of my bandits were stolen.
out of 75 i have FOUR!!!
all i could think about was putting my hands around someones throat and giving them a BIG HUG!!!
i came home thinking about that and nothing else. nothing else until i watched your blog this morning.
oh i'm still ****ed about getting ripped off, but is the glass half full or half empty? i thought i won't be denied.
i've gotten calls from those bandits before they were taken and i have some possible deals from those taken signs. if i can make the money i want to make, i guess it's a cost of doing business. if i can make 2-5k on a wholesale from taken signs i'll buy some more and laugh all the way to the bank.
that's not to say if i happen upon the thieves i wouldn't put a shovel upside their nugget .

I was in the same mindset as so many others. I've been involved with you for about 2+yrs. I just never took the action. I have the education, but didn't take action becuase life got me. But thanks to you and your passion to see us succeed. It's what we need to continue to believe in ourselves that we can do this. Thanks again for what you do to inspire us to be great.

sometimes personal issues delay people from getting motivated or withdrawn.the three videos move you to put that all behind you.a mentor would be so helpful in that situation

THANKS Dean! Heading to watch #3 now. I am one that has been around for a couple of years, even bought the Success Academy but didn't use it, but have gotten back into the game and have completed to flips and bought our 3rd a month ago. Hope to be wholesaling in the near future.

Hey Dean, I have watched all 3 videos but it dawned on me that if you have done 200 of these blogs, as I have just started, I must go and see the other 195 that I have not seen. I am pumped that I still have so many to see without waiting! Thanks so much for caring for us.

I have watched all three and loved the interview with Tammy. I saw the clip of myself and could still see some of the villain that was holding me back in that clip. Well he is gone baby gone and I am burning it up this year with deals and training new people. A big THANKS to you for what you do..NOW GO GET SOME

Dean what you say is so correct about people and their REI journey. We have two properties that are positive cash flow and we made a lot of money along with my sister on a fix and flip property. But we also had to properties bringing us down and we are liquidating the bad properties now. The great thing is what we have learned from you Dean is there maybe a bump in the road here or there but we can get through it and move on to more great deals.

Dean, after I watched the 3rd video with Tammy,I saw myself threw Tammy's eyes. I've had this monster in my life and I'm so ready to crush him and live in fulfilled life. I'm so grateful you for giving me another chance to succeed as a investor. Thank you Tammy for sharing your story and Dean thank you for caring so much. I'm really fired up about the videos and I'm looking forward for video #4. Your blogs have inspired me to look at life in a different and exciting way.

I watched all three of your Videos.....Wow....
All the videos were great, & so informative.

I was watching the news program Aljazerra they do a weekly series called Fault Lines....They did a one hour expose on America's Real Estate Market.....It stated that every 13 minutes here in America a home is being foreclosed on.....WOW

Than the show goes into a Real Estate Auction, and the investors are there.....They are taking advantage of this down market....As we all should.....if we step outside the box, and try something different we will get different results.......

Every time I watch you I learn something. Every time you hand out a dose of encouragement, a reminder, a little poke in the butt, to keep us all going. I absolutely love it, and thank you for everything you do. I so much look forward to meeting you in Vegas at the Buying Summit. My husband and I are truly stoked to learn more, soak it all up, and put all into practice. This afternoon I'm having a meet and greet with a young dynamic realtor. Can't wait to bring him into my power group! One goal I can check off of my list - done! On to the next goal of finding more Cash Buyers!

I am watching all the videos and responding. More than that I am listening and working with the content. Ali talked about a quiet confidence and you talked about writing a check. Now, I am a business woman attempting to launch the business. Actually 3 business's and the problem is the same for all 3 of them. I am glad you are ****ed and I am too because I want to be a success and I do not like it in the least that I have been quashed and kicked to the curb by members of this society. With that said, I know that it has to start with mindset. All the education in the world won't do any good if you do not have a correct mindset. So, I have created a new exercise for me based on what you and Ali said to put me on the road to correcting my mindset and be able to have that quiet confidence as I proceed.

On paper I am writing the ?'s and the answers.
? #1 What problem do I have?
? #2 What do I need?

This will cover everthing from 3 new tires for the car, all necessary monthly bills, an overdue trip to the eye doctor and a doctor of internal medicine, improvements to my home and so on.
Then I am going to make a copies of a check and start writing the checks. This exercise will just start with the problems and needs but will expand to lists of wants, desires, and what ever I can dream up. I am believing that seeing is believing and fake it til you make it will help me to go from the poverty mindset to the abundance mindset.

I now have a firm plan to go after a fsbo for a buy and hold with seller financing so that I can create some passive income and also will do assignments on properties that I choose not to hold. Once I turn 66 it won't matter what amount of money I make. In the meantime if I could get hold of 5 or 6 buy an holds, well that would be awesome and I do see it is possible. Only I can make it happen with or without help. I know that life is full of endless opportunities and I am going after some of them.
