Our first wholesale deal done ! Finally!
This strategy (wholesaling) has taken us a while to complete, but we finally got one closed and put $2500 in our pocket ! We have been with Deans programs for almost 3 years, and done deals using most all of his other strategies, but wholesaling has taken a lot of perseverance for us to complete. So, we want to tell everyone- don't give up ! You can do this ! When we started & read our very first of Dean's books (Profit From Real Estate Now) we had no idea why anyone would EVER want to do wholesaling. Now, after doing a couple of flip houses, some lease options, and several buy & holds we want wholesaling to actually be our main focus at least for a while, and part of what we do in the long term also ! We plan to move forward and repeat the wholesaling strategy over & over again !!!! Thanks Dean & Matt and the coaches at the Success Academy & DG family for everything you have taught us and continue to teach us and for your support !!!!!
Weekly Wisdom #200
Hi Dean,
While I was attending driving school for the 'B' licence, I had to go through so many things. Then I got a bit of a run-around from certain Ministries of Transportation. Some of them did not even know how to do their jobs. I finally hit the right one, and got my 'B' written and then my 'B' practical exam. Now, I am able to drive limousines, dump trucks 4,500 km, school buses, transit buses. So I have broadened my scope for a job. After getting that job, I will be gearing up for the DG family and my future with DG. I am not giving up no matter what. I met one guy who said his mother was a nurse. She got injured. She did not sit down, no. She got her 'B' licence and drove a school bus for a number of years. Then after, she went back into nursing. I am gearing up for my future. Like her, I will make it big by persevering.
