I have worn several hats in my lifetime. I taught school for 21 years, owned a flower shop, and a beauty salon. My sister lovingly calls me a "serial" entrepreneur. I got a slow start in RE due to analysis paralysis, but finally took the plunge with my first rehab and never looked back. I love RE investing and the DG family. I have done several rehabs and wholesales, and acquired 5 rentals since I began about 2 years ago. I have really enjoyed this site and the advice everyone is so willing to share. I hope that I can help others in time.
