Hi Dean, you're the best. Stamina is what I need right now. Big weekend HAPPY EASTER. I hope it was great. I talked to a Hard money guy fri eve, he tried to kill my dream very rude. said "let me educate you", yipes! the very next guy was so nice, I think i got some money for my first rehab. But a guy like the first one will try to steal your stamina. Thank God for your blogs and keeping to encourage us, because this is a serious change of life for us, not just a parttime fling. haha.thank you from the bottom of our hearts. june, layne, bryan.

We just placed tenants in one of our lease to own propeties ! 2k in our pocket now, $150 a month in cash flow until they are ready to purchase, around 10k profit when purchase happens ! No money out of our pocket, helped a distressed homeowner not lose their house, and helped "wannabe" homeowners, get into a house of their own with a yard after renting apartments for many years ! LoVe this business !

DEAN YOU ARE JUST TOO AWESOME FOR WORDS! But you are correct, of course. I have been following you for years and not doing the work because of my "villan within" and having tried before and taking a loss. But since I couldn't go in person to your event, I purchased The Edge 2011 without telling my wife. I have devoured the videoes and committed to taking action-thanks to you and all of your Rockstar students. I believe now. So much so, that in spite of the fear I felt, I did the calls to find an agent today and think I have found the right one.
It came from not just listening to all of you, but "HEARING" you on a deeper level and deciding this IS for me! Am I coming with you? You bet your boots I am!!! See you next Monday! Thanks!

We sometimes listen to those negative people even though we know better than that. So its nice to have a reminder that its ok to tell them thank you for sharing but I dont want anything to do with negativity. And that when they are making more money and are happier than me then I will listen.

Dean you always give great advice. I like the fact that it isnt always strictly RE because you are 100% correct when you say that "it doesnt matter if you know all the tricks to RE, if your mind or life isnt right you wont make it in RE." Or any business for that matter.

Can't wait for next weeks live conf. call with you and Matt Larson. My business partner and I just finished attending one of your workshops down here in Orlando and must say what an awesome time. Deno and his crew were amazing. The knowledge and wisdom learned will definitely be put into action. We definitely want to take it to the next level. We have rid ourselves of all negativity and out came all of this positive energy and determination to move forward. I can't wait til next Monday! The very first webinar I listened to was the beginning of last March and it was you and Matt Larson. That webinar taught me so much and was the reason that I started the Success Academy!! What I have learned from you, Dean, has changed my life. I closed my 5th deal yesterday and made $4300 and I am closing on my first rehab deal today which is a joint venture and I should make over $10K and get great experience!!
