Congrats to John on the house !!! Just spent two unbelievable days in AZ with Dean and Matt and some other DG students! We are pumped and ready to take action with greater focus than ever before! Thanks for all the great information and inspiration you give us, Dean and Matt and the DG family !

Congratulations to John for being the big winner, and thanks to Dean for making things like this possible. Isn't it great that the DG family can be unselfish, and instead, share in John's excitement and joy? It's a true testament of the kind of people that follow Dean. It's just another way to encourage those of us who are working on our first deal.

First thing, Congratulations Mr. Babtiste! Fine looking house there.
Did you say 250 properties in the last2 months Dean? WOW!! I want some of that action myself.
My take away from this week's blog is that the success of these types of real estate investing strategies are earned through hard work and determination. Success is a marathon not a sprint. Let's get to it!

Way to go John. It goes to show that if you just listen and do what you're instructed to do, you will succeed. Although there was alot of luck involved in your name being pulled, you stuck in there.

So, yesterday a friend told me that his friend just won a state lottery. And today, we're reminded of a house that was given away for FREE! I don't know about you, but I think we're living in an incredible time where anything is possible.
