Thanks for doing another weekly blog for us. The weather in the Midwest has been between 60 and 88 degrees, so at least it isn't 110! Thanks for the advice on writing goals and looking forward. Sometimes it helps to visualize where you want to be so you can better plan the steps to get there.

Just like the 2010 Chicago Blackhawks. All season long their book and slogan was "One Goal". They got there by winning the Stanley Cup with "one goal"! Two million people and Indiana-Joe celebrated on Michigan Ave in downtown Chicago on Friday.

An interesting challenge you have proposed, to imagine ourselves a year from now looking back. It should be interesting seeing the different perspectives.

That's a chilling way to look at goals ... makes me really stop and think about the depth of my goals and the critical need to focus, focus, focus and take action, action, action! Ok, Dean, thanks for keeping me on track. I'm kickin' up the speedometer.

Great video Dean.Sometimes we need to constantly
be reminded to set and check our goals.I guess just like a good buisness plan we should all have a good life plan.We all want to look ahead at the rosy picture of life in our mind but not sure how to get there.Maybe if we look at that
point and can imagine all the steps in reverse we can see how the they affect our plans for the future.

Dean, you always manage to say just what I need to hear to keep me in motion and to keep taking action. Since starting with you back in April 08 I have come to learn that writing down my goals, and really focusing in on my motivations for achieving them is imperative to my success! These weekly video blogs mean so much and always say just what I need to hear to start my week off running! Thanks!

Im looking at making my first deal, an REO, I have some buyers lined up, a mortgage broker that claims he can usually get the job done. I can make up to $12,000 just flipping this house, but its scary. But I can do it.
