Weekly Video Blog #49 - Dean Wants to Know the 10 Coolest Things About You

10.I like to travel to places.

about me is I can usually spot good information when I see or hear it! So naturally I am rereading and studying Mary-Ellen's "10" list - good stuff!

I have never been very clear on what happens to a post when I leave it. Sometimes I will go back later and look to see if it got posted and won't be able to find it. For example, today, after watching Dean's blog, I left a post which was a message plus one cool thing about me that he said to do as soon as we finished watching the blog. I haven't been able to find it and want to know if you can help me understand whatever it is that I'm missing. Thank you very much. Terry

Great blog. I think it is very important to remember that we aren't just what others think we are. I believe there are always positives about everyone and we all have cool things we can cite about ourselves.

One cool thing about me is I try to see how what I do can benefit at least one other person.

Thanks Dean for always being here with a smile at the start of each week. We know that as sure as Monday will come, so will Dean be here with a message for us. It is the highlight of my week to see your blog because I know it will be inspirational and positive. I know you mentioned it at the EDGE event but we can only imagine how many things you must be involved with every day, that require your attention. Even so, when you film the blog, you are able to shift your focus to all of us out here, eagerly awaiting your message. It comes across as if there's no other place you'd rather be, which is uplifting to all of us. I actually think this is something cool about you.

One cool thing about me for now- I am an excellent father to my children: 1 boy, who died in a car wreck at the age of 26, and 3 grown girls, ages 44, 30 and 26. I'm also proud to be a grandfather to 6 children, ages 5 to 12.

The 10 coolest things about me:
1. I have a high moral character, I do not lie.
My Grandmother, who died in 1963, used to tell me that adversity builds character, and I can certainly attest to that.
2. I am a very spiritual person, I know from whom all blessings flow.
3. I get great satisfaction from being able to provide moral, spiritual and financial support for my family.
4. I love spending time with my wife everyday.
5. I enjoy learning new things.
6. I have a good sense of humor.
7. I have a strong desire to learn all I can about Real Estate Investing to ease financial burdens during my retirement and to leave more for my family.
8. I am a very humble person.
9. I am able to avoid becoming upset by little things that happen from day to day. I practice the belief that every day should have time in it set aside for laughter.
10. I have great expectations of myself from Real Estate Investing.

As a Business Vocational Teacher, I have placed many students - both high school and adults in on the job training and permanent jobs. I have assisted them in writing resumes and written many letters of recommendation. This has enabled many of them to get off of welfare. I had to laugh outloud Dean when you said we are "cool" because we are members of the DG family. That was a superb statement. Thanks for the positive reinforcement. I have read two of your books from cover to cover and then some. When I make up my mind to do something I will do it. Looking forward to making additional income from Real Estate Investing. And oh by the way, Indiana Joe - congratulations again on your many contributions to this site.

Hmmmmmm- finding 10 will take some time, but Dean has assured me they are there.

I start with # one - that I am an awesome Mom as I have an awesome son! That is my proof!

I don't know why but I can not open video belog #49. However I could figure out what you are talking about. So, here it is.
Cool things about me. Actually, I am an artist. Therefore I am very curious for many things. I love new things, beautiful things, different things, like color, people, life, taste, smell, fashion, baseball, golf, cooking,,,,,etc.

One of my daughter is tatally disabled and am taking care of her. It is tough sometimes as a single mom but I love my life and myself sooo much. I am a good person and always happy. I feel excitment every morning to creat new things.
If I can make a big money, it would be wonderful, not only I can enjoy life more but also I can contribute for others like Dean. That is COOL! Thank you for asking this.

Sometimes we forget to take the time to think about ourselves especially when we are thinking of others so much. We forget ourselves, it is nice to remind ourselves that we are important and we are as great as we truly are.

1. I know God will never close a window without opening a door. I am thankful to God for all He has done for me.
2. I know that I did an excellent job as a single mother to my two sons.
3. I always look for the best in others, and I do not care about the bad.
4. I thank God daily for my two sons, they are the love of my life. Through God's grace, they are the reason I chose real estate investing as my second career.

6. I am always grateful for what others have done for me and I take pride in letting them know.

appearance and what you learned and spoke about
building a relationship with your customers and how it has helped your business growth eban also spoke about how to learn design tips to help you increase your sales on your website how to get the customers to keep what they buy and tips for hiring people to work for you during the week I also seen other videos with eban and how tuesday

I read the posts for inspiration because since May I've been trying to put Dean's principles to work with no success.

Dean says these strategies wil work ANYWHERE, so why don't I ever see a success story in San Diego!?!
