Well, Dean, as awesome as all of your information is, and as much as I know it works and has worked for others, I somehow cannot seem to find my niche. I have taken a break for a few weeks from all of this to try to re-group, and see what I am missing. California, although a tough market to deal with, especially with the title companies, still has the capacity to have several deals done. I just need to figure out the right strategy for me. Looking forward to see what comes of this!

As many people have said on their posts, four words are not enough. I have yet to make my first deal, but i still feel and know this is the best thing I could've invested money into. I know that this program will help get me where i want to be in life. Before I started this course I didn't know anything. Through Dean's Book and the people here I am learning so much. I am excited to be part of Deans REI Family and I am looking forward to teach others as I grow in this wonderful business. I am making friends along the way too. Dean is For Real! He is so refreshing and I tell people at work. Buy his book if you are serious about Real Estate. I am not ready to give up my own book.
