Purchase contract
Hello all,
I have found a phenomenal deal on a house and want to get it under contract asap. I am looking for the simplest contract to use to get it under contract so I can assign it to one of my investors. This is my first deal and need to get it done. I just want to be sure I use the simplest / correct contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in GA if that helps.
