Just when you think it would not end, it does. That is the video real estate investing stories. Such inspiration for us all, as did the conference call and to top it off, the majestic news letter. The letter touched on keys points that many successful people share, what you should avoid and the action steps to success. An amazing piece of literature. If that is one of many, we could just imagine what is to come. Well, like they say, patience is a virtue and we just have to wait and see what comes next. Take care all.

Dean, Thanks for reminding me of the live video conference. I love watching it, took notes and make it as my reference. I am now armed with an idea on how to start to go into business as a real estate investor. I love the part where in the speaker mentioned about looking for a pool of buyers. Yes, it is true with today's downward economy its so easy to look for a motivated seller and once everything is completed flip it to the motivated buyers you already have applying the Dean's strategy in the books. No money involve just a marketing skills we all learned from reading the Dean's book. Keep up the good work...you are always in our mind...dom
