I have set up a file on my computer entitled "Dean's List" where I post all of your more pertinent notes and/or comments. That title reminds me of my college days when it was important and desireable to be on The Dean's List so how about calling your blog "The Dean's List".

Hi Dean just wanted to say that I really like the "Mind set Mondays" title but I think that adding motivating to that would show your intentions a little better. so "Motivating Mind Set Monday's' would be a catchy slogan for new comers and old hats to register in there "mind sets" what step they should be taking each and every week in order to refocus ourselves to the ideas that you have each week to help us resonate with the same ideas and focuses that you do almost like our own personal tuning fork ("DEAN's vibe") so to speak. well hopefully you will see the potential that I do in this name for your weekly blog

I suggest "Moving Forward Mondays" (though it could apply to any day). Applying Nathan Street's policy of always answering every question 20x, I came up with 20 blog names ranging from light hearted "Dean's Delightful Ditties" and "Tips and Tasks" (could be a dangerous tongue twister) to spiritual sayings like "God's Guide For Lost Souls." "Moving Forward Mondays" seemed to capture what both you (and we) want us to do. Life is going to push (or drag) us forward anyway, so why not chose the path ourselves and with your guiding wind at our backs and your proven strategies for sound RE investing, move us forward on the course we set. Thanks for all you do and may YOU have a GREAT WEEK also.
New name for your blogs
Dean, I am in the process of building a web site for RE buyers called PropertiesForProfits.com. It will have a home page with my professional and contact info, then additional pages with pix and info on the properties that I have available with which to make deals. So, in that vein, why not call your blog series "Previews to Profits," or "Preparing for Profits." Seems to say it all, doesn't it? Thanks for your continuing encouragement!
