Hi Dean - I'm a newbie too (Carmen) and am amazed that you are for real. I know I can do this, but I needed someone to take my hand and push me in the right direction. All your tips and forewarnings (re agents who naysay about different ideas) are a terrific help. Also, some other places people might think about looking are in Drs offices (geriatrics [mature individuals]) and work-out clubs. These places usually have people who have money or are looking to invest (or, also some who might want to downsize). I can't wait to do my first deal and am reading and learning as much as possible right now. Thank you again, you are saving my life. Shughes

Hi Ray - My name is Sharon and I live in Lawrence, Ks. I am a Newbie and haven't done my first deal yet but am very excited. I know we have a terrific market here, regardless of what our local media might tell us. I am madly reading everything, and studying everything I can and I now need to start looking for brokers. I'm scared to start looking because I didn't want to get discouraged. I would love to talk w/ you and to pick your brain (if you're willing) and to help you in any way I can, if possible. Hope i am putting this in the right place.I have been doing this for 2 years made misstakes won't make them again. Feeling all alone in southeast kansas,havent herd of anyone makeing it big in real estate in smal town Kansas. Don't know where to go from here. RB.
