I am just getting started and I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone. I am a married man with twin 13 year old daughters. I am looking to make, have and be able to live out a life with my family that I do not have to deal with living paycheck to paycheck. Plus, I desperately want to spend more time with them instead of working for someone else the rest of my life. I am also currently looking for buyers and sellers in Anchorage, AK using some of Dean's and others techniques.I have talked to a lot of the heavy hitters in the REI club here in Anchorage and they told me that I would corner this niche here. Need advice on where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

I admire your desire to make it happen.I believe you need to continue to network with your local rei club and hang with the most successful people that have and do what you want to have and do....all the while reading and or studying what they read and study ....including dean graziosis books and this dg website.
