Hi, I'm Eric of Jackson Property Management Group I'm currently looking for investors, serious cash buyers to purchase assigned contracts of single family homes in the prices range between $60,000 - $120,000. Possible future joint venture investments if interested. No experience needed. No commitment. I will personally identify opportunities and present them and you decide on a property by property basis. It was a real delight and pleasure meeting in your person at the Vegas buying summit last week! I loved it thoroughly!

My weakness is I tend to work in 'fits and starts' and I would like to be consistent and take action everyday and take action right away as it is needed.

I want to overcome myself of the procrastination 'disease' by telling myself how it is costing me my financial freedom!

Inspired by your confrontation weekly wisdom, today, I posted two ads on Craigslist seeking to buy properties so I can flip them.
