Dean,

It was a real delight and pleasure meeting in your person at the Vegas buying summit last week! I loved it thoroughly!

My weakness is I tend to work in 'fits and starts' and I would like to be consistent and take action everyday and take action right away as it is needed.

I want to overcome myself of the procrastination 'disease' by telling myself how it is costing me my financial freedom!

Inspired by your confrontation weekly wisdom, today, I posted two ads on Craigslist seeking to buy properties so I can flip them.
