I'm currently reading DG's book 30 days to real estate cash and I'm looking for any words of wisdom!

I'm just starting as well and only words of wisdom I have so far is don't give up! Like anything new it's easy to be influenced to give up but just remember why you've started. That advice helped me stick with it so far.

first nugget is to fill out your bio on here so others can network and get to know you. Also read all the post and ask questions yourself. Look at the forms and doc and watch the videos.

You have so many resources available to you. There is no reason in the world you CAN'T be successful in Real Estate. So try to remember that when you feel like it's getting hard Smiling
