Lets get going!

After all this time, I still can't find out where to start this blogging stuff. I'm lost again when it come to starting my blog.

What's the difference between a blog, journals, and a threads? I'll just keep commenting on others since I can't seem to start my own. Silly me, lol... I'll still get points, whatever those are for, I don't know..

Top left Member Journals click on that then up top you will see something like start new forum click on that then you will see the subject option BUT right above that you will see a forum option click on that select journal if that's the case then go back under to Subject make your title example: Roma's Rags to Riches. Ok go to comment make an comment when your done you only have to bookmark it one time only then to find it go to the left side of the screen to My Bookmarks and you will find it there then just reply to yourself anytime to keep it going.

I've been trying to do this for almost 8 months and I still feel overwhelmed. I will try it again. I've got journals all over this site I just can't seem to follow directions when it comes to technology. LOL:-)

I'll write the info down and take it step by step. Again, thanks for the advice.

I have a JV Partner that I am working with now and she is awesome. She has been working with luxury homes and now want's to learn more about residential. She is family orientated and is dedicated to her family.

Also, she is willing to look at properties with my agent with me and still has time to assist on our follow ups and maintain business calls, all while I am at work. We have a few strategies that we are utilizing and we are going to go from there.

I haven't posted for a while, life, busy working,and more hours added to my job. CAN'T WAIT TO BECOME MY OWN BOSS.

persistence, consistance, and dedication will pay off. Now that I am learning to leverage my time. It's nice to have someone to JV with.

I've got a few more DGers lined up to get this CASH FLOW 101 game going again guys. We also missed you guys at the Cash Flow 101 last month.
